Inbuilt has developed its own unique suite of tools and
techniques to help clients achieve their
sustainability goals.

i-BERT is our proprietary software that helps clients with their
renewable energy choices and obligations. It is used by
Inbuilt to support key activities within our Renewable Energy
Consultancy, including the development of:
- Low and zero carbon energy strategies for local planning
applications
- Renewable energy feasibility studies (in accordance with BREEAM
credits)
- Conceptual design on the spatial requirements and environmental
performance of low/zero carbon energy systems
- Lifecycle cost comparisons
The tool makes use of real performance data from the operational
installations completed by sister companies within the RES
Group.
